He commented that the municipality has three beaches that are the most crowded during the Easter holiday period, which is El Médano, La Rivera where the festival takes place and the festival that takes place on El Tule beach. , “the issue of permits is being analyzed specifically in what is El Tule, it is something that has been done for many years, but with the restrictions set by Civil Protection, Public Security, the Navy and all the agencies involved.”
“We are going to deploy 50 inspectors throughout the municipality to carry out the operational work, as every year massive events are expected on some beaches in the municipality, so we will be deploying the personnel, we will do the same in the tourist areas, mainly in Cabo San Lucas, which is where the greatest amount of tourism is concentrated, in addition to routine work in urban areas,” said the public servant.
In the same context, he explained that the Fiscal Inspection will be supervising compliance with the provisions that regulate the operation of business lines, mainly those establishments with a license for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Samuel Cisneros stressed that as an authority he will continue to work hard in coordination with the other corresponding agencies, as indicated by the municipal president Oscar Leggs Castro, to ensure vacationers and local families have a pleasant stay on the beaches of the municipality that they decide visit and enjoy, with permanent guards throughout the period and can have a pleasant result for everyone, advising them be careful, it is not convenient to drive and drink alcohol, have a responsible driver to take you safely back home.
At the same time, citizens are asked to be aware of caring for the environment, for which they are urged to throw garbage in the designated containers on the different beaches, it is reported that the personnel of Public Services and the Federal Maritime Terrestrial Area will remove the waste daily in order to keep the beaches clean.
