Jared Kushner plans 4 establishments
Jared Kushner, son-in-law of Donald Trump, has changed course on the hotel investment he has planned in Mexico, since in principle it was said that it would reach destinations in Quintana Roo, specifically the Riviera Maya, but apparently it will focus on Los Cabos.
The investment from Kushner’s fund, Affinity Partners, is projected to be one billion dollars, with which they plan to build four high-level hotels, as Darío Celis reveals in his column.
The developers of the project will continue to be those of the E-Group, where Moisés, André and Max El-Mann are with the Fibra UNO trust.
As reported by REPORTUR.mx, in July it was said that Kushner wanted to make a million-dollar hotel investment that was estimated at that time at $250 million, mainly in Mexican destinations such as Tulum, Los Cabos and Baja California Sur.
At that time Kushner was also informed that he was managing his investment with Fibra UNO, through Luis Videgaray, the former foreign minister of Enrique Peña Nieto, a friend of Kushner.
