The Mountain Club
Created to be a coastal sanctuary, The Mountain Club offers owners a variety of social and wellness experiences to replenish the mind and body in a place you call ‘home’.
The enclave found its place on top of the Pedregal hills, also known as ‘Hollywood Hills of Cabo’, a location that allows it to have a clear landscape of the Pacific Ocean and total privacy.
The 8 residences are made up of three- and four-bedroom Costa Villas and a five-bedroom Estate Home. However, from any of them you can enjoy open spaces full of light and a design that blends in with the area, connecting residents with the natural environment.
The Mountain Club
Regarding the design, the person responsible for such a particular style was Alonso de Garay of Taller ADG based in Mexico City. We could only add that in addition to having different dimensions, the construction offers outdoor showers, jacuzzis and a nice patio, as well as a pool, large terraces and spaces for outdoor dining.
Residents and guests can meet at a social pool overlooking the ocean, while the beach club next to the Sea of Cortez offers water activities tailored to the needs of residents.
It also has a Spa Café & Juice Bar next to the pool and has a restaurant called Fénix that opens its doors to both residents and locals with a menu of seafood and grilled dishes.
Burning calories is a fitness center with a yoga deck, sauna and steam room, as well as the Spa & Salon by Manoma, while the concierge service will ensure that you are comfortable and looked after at all times.
Sales of Costa Villa and Estate Homes at The Mountain Club will begin in the fall of 2024. Villas will be priced from over $1 million, while larger homes are expected to be available for just under $3 million.
