The luxury of the Attessa IV

The ” Attessa IV ” has 2,600 square meters of usable space, and is capable of accommodating 36 guests and 21 crew members in its luxurious enclosures. 

As if that were not enough, this yacht has its own spa, a pool on the upper deck, a karaoke room, a helipad, and even an elegant gallery of works of art and glassware inside. 

The ship, which is one of the most expensive and luxurious in the world at a value of 250 million dollars, was created in 1999, and then rebuilt in 2010 by businessman Dennis Washington, with the design process in charge of his wife, Phyllis Washington. 

Since then, the “Attessa IV” has traveled through the most luxurious and exclusive ports in the world, its most recent destination being Cabo San Lucas, where it remains without it being known at the moment who is enjoying its ostentation.

About its owner, the American Dennis Washington, it should be noted that he owns the companies Washington Group International and Seaspan Marine Corporation, and has an estimated fortune of 6 billion dollars, which makes him 83 of the 100 richest men of the world, according to Forbes magazine.
