Tropical Storm Juliette forms this Monday, August 25, 2025. Photo: Conagua. The National Water Commission (Conagua) warned that Tropical Storm Juliette has formed and will bring heavy rains and high waves to Baja California Sur as it moves southwest of the Baja California Peninsula.

According to Conagua, this afternoon Juliette was located 760 km southwest of Cabo San Lucas.

According to the National Meteorological Service (SMN), it will remain a tropical storm as it moves west-northwest, so its broad circulation will bring occasional heavy rains and high waves.

In its forecast, the National Water Commission indicated that occasional heavy rains of 25 to 50 mm are expected in Baja California Sur. It also warned that waves of 1.5 to 2.5 meters would be generated on the southern coasts of Baja California.
