The best accommodations on the property are two spacious suites, the Rosa and the Pilar, with their own living rooms, desk and bar setups and private plunge pools. The Lower Level Villa’s suites, the Maria and the Luis, have breakfast nooks, and the Luis also has a private plunge pool and garden. The Upper Level Villa has two rooms, the Santiago and the José, where guests can relax on their own balconies. The last four rooms, the Ignacio, the Borja, the Loreto and the Francisco, are located along the charming corridor in the Historic Building.
The hotel has a great selection of drinking and dining options. In particular, 1890, is a fine dining experience that combines global cuisine with local flavors. The mixology-focused La Copa serves creative cocktails and Baja-inspired snacks, which you can also enjoy at the Pool Bar.
Led by Cesár Caro, a sommelier from Los Mochis on the coast of Sinaloa with over 15 years of experience, the carefully curated wine cellar La Cava has a wide variety of Mexico’s best wines—Sauvignon Blanc from Bruma in Valle de Guadalupe, a Rosé from the countryside of San Miguel de Allende, and a Red Blend from Megacero in Chihuahua, among others. For a more private event, La Cava is available for booking.
