Two minors disappear in La Paz and Los Cabos; authorities activate the Alba protocol to find them.
The State Attorney General’s Office (PGJE) activated the Alba Protocol in Baja California Sur following the disappearance of two teenagers, one in La Paz and the other in San José del Cabo. One was last seen on September 13 in the Guerrero neighborhood, and the other on September 17 in Vista Hermosa.
The first missing person is Anahí Geraldine “N”, 14 years old, who was last seen on September 13, 2024, in the Guerrero neighborhood in La Paz. According to the identification card issued on September 17, 2024, the young girl is 1.65 meters tall, weighs 70 kilos, has a slim build, long straight black hair, and dark brown eyes.
An important detail is that she has several distinctive tattoos, including one on her neck with the number “777”, another on her left arm with the figure of Santa Muerte, and one more on her forearm with the phrase “mi vida loca” in black.
The second case involves Jocelin Araceli “N”, 16 years old, who disappeared on September 17, 2024, in the Vista Hermosa neighborhood in San José del Cabo. According to the provided description, the young girl is 1.60 meters tall, weighs 76 kilos, has a robust build, straight brown hair, and large black eyes.
As a distinguishing feature, she has a mole on her right arm at the elbow. She was wearing a dark gray t-shirt, black denim shorts, and black sneakers when she was last seen.
Authorities have requested the public’s help in providing any information that may assist in locating the young girls. For this purpose, emergency numbers 911 and the anonymous tip line 089 have been activated as part of the search protocol.
Any information related to the whereabouts of these young girls can be crucial for their prompt location, so families and authorities are urgently calling for collaboration in the search.
Update: Anahí “N” has been found safe and is with her family, authorities assured. Jocelin is still missing.
