Rates Remain at $564 per Night in Los Cabos

Lilzi Orcí Fregoso, Executive President of the Los Cabos Hotel Association, reported that the spring break and Easter 2024 season has been valuable.

She explained that this has reflected an average overall occupancy of 83%, with peaks of around 89% during the March 18th holiday and Holy Week. The occupancy percentages by destination were 83% for Cabo San Lucas, 86% for the Corridor, and 78% for San José del Cabo. Additionally, an average rate of $564 per stay per night is reflected.
